How do I buy something?

When browsing the store, you can add the items you like to your cart of add them to your wishlist. Once you are finished with your selection you can pay for your items in the cart. You can pay using Credit Cards, bank transfer or any of the listed payment methods provided. Once we receive your order and payment we will notify you next business day of the status of your order.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

No! You can simply select, order and pay without any registration at all. Just make sure to fill in your correct adress details, so we will ship it to the right place.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Our stores accepts different kind of payments: credit card, banktransfer, bitcon. You are able to select the option of your choice.

What payment security do you have?

Our payment gateway is handled by Mollie, an Dutch payment gateway provider. All transactions are handled making use of strong encryption known as SSL.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

If we have your item in stock, we just need to complete your order and ship it to you. Depending on where you live, shipping will take in between 5-1o working days. Should you order an item that is out of stock, we will produce a bespoke unique new product. You will then be notified of shipping times. Expect 3 working days for an out of stock item to be either restocked or built custom for you.

How do I get a refund?

Should our product not meet your satisfaction, you are able to return the item within 14 days after you received the item. Should the item meet the pristine condition the way it was shipped to you upon return, expect a refund within 5-10 workingdays after we receive the item in our Atelier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system. Depending on where in the world you live and the type of shipping your choose, costs will vary.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Should the rare situation pop-up where we are not allowed to ship to your country due to international disputes, please get in contact with our staff. They will be happy to provide you with the necessary assistence.

What if I change my mind?

If you changed your mind and want to return a product, the return items policy applies.
